Double-Blind Peer Review Process
The journal follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure fairness, objectivity, and academic rigor. In a double-blind review, the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed throughout the review process. Authors do not know the identities of the reviewers, and reviewers do not know the identities of the authors.
Review Procedure

Manuscript Submission: Authors submit their manuscript with all identifying information removed, including names, affiliations, acknowledgements, and any references that may reveal authorship.

Initial Editorial Screening: The editorial team conducts an initial assessment to ensure the manuscript fits the journal’s scope and meets basic quality and ethical standards.

Anonymous Peer Review: The manuscript is sent to independent expert reviewers. Reviewers evaluate the submission based solely on its scholarly merit, originality, methodology, clarity, and relevance.

Reviewer Feedback and Recommendation: Reviewers provide detailed, anonymous feedback and recommend one of the following outcomes: acceptance, revision, or rejection.

Editorial Decision: The editor considers the reviewers’ reports and makes the final decision, which is communicated to the author along with anonymized reviewer comments.

Revision and Final Decision: If revisions are requested, authors submit a revised manuscript that are re-evaluated by the reviewers before a final decision is made.
