Article Processing Charges (APCs) and Payment Policy
The journal follows a pay-after-acceptance publication model. No Article Processing Charges (APCs) are requested or collected at the time of manuscript submission or during the peer-review process. All submitted manuscripts undergo editorial assessment and double blind peer review solely on academic merit, independent of any financial considerations.
Once a manuscript is formally accepted for publication, authors will receive an official notification along with a secure payment option for the applicable APC. Upon successful receipt of payment, the article will proceed to final editing, formatting, and publication. Payment of APCs has no influence on editorial decisions, peer-review outcomes, or acceptance of manuscripts.
